This retreat is designed to experience yourself as the light being that you are, to get to know the different fractals of your light aka rainbow spectrum and to attune your body to a new frequency. The frequency of love that expands you physical, emotional and mental capacity into a greater consciousness.

Over the Summer Solstice, the portal when the sun is highest in the sky beaming down the most intense solar codes, we experience 4 days of exploring powerful landscapes and connecting to sacred places in ceremony and ritual while at the same time these adventures are mirrored in exploration of self and your inner landscape of body, mind & soul initiating yourself into a higher octave of your being and how you desire to show up in the world.

Accommodation of 3 nights in rooms of double occupancy

Transfer to and from venue (we will arrange for some car sharing)
Any additional snacks or drinks you would like to consume during the day
Any purchases made at the crystal shop or any other shop
Personal 1-1 consultation or treatments; Can be booked in addition upon request and if time allows

The Retreat House

We will be calling "The Sun Panorama" our home for the stay of the entire retreat. The 5* Star House has all contemporary amenities available including a terrace and patio and a big garden/ greenfield.
The house has space for 10 guests; there is 3 rooms available with double beds to share. You will be sharing rooms with a retreat spirit buddy for the days of our stay. Two rooms have a private bathroom, two rooms share one bathroom.
There is ample space for privacy, contemplation or daily self practice inside and outside.

Julia Weigert

Julia knows the valley inside out, having spend much time in Val Lumnezia since her childhood. Her soul is home in these majestic mountains, where she will be sharing with you magical spots and guiding you to hidden and sacred groves to experience yourself as part of the greater universe.

Julia serves as a vessel for the Divine Feminine Presence in the greater awakening of the planet. As a women’s ceremonialist and mentor, she guides women to live in tune with the rhythms of nature, reclaiming their sovereign power and reconnecting with their soul essence & wisdom.

Her circles, retreats and pilgrimages are spaces for potent transformational processes and healing, bringing clarity and transcending from fear to love.

Spending two decades in corporate project & process management while at the same time walking the priestess path, she embodies the living bridge of both worlds, the divine and the physical nature and guides others in navigating the embrace of the both and life a life sourced in connection and integrity!

THE KITCHEN FAIRY

Stephanie Mika-Wikenhauser

Stephanie is a trained pharmaceutical sales clerk, herbalist and womb whisperer. As a Medicine Woman and daughter of the earth, she feels very connected to her intuition, nature and its treasures. She loves working with people, energies, crystals and plants. She sees all of these tools just as much a part of earth medicine as rituals and ceremonies. And this practical wisdom is what she passes on to women, allowing to take a break from everyday life, re-connecting them with their femininity to feel home in their bodies again.

A big part of this re-defining womanhood is allowing ourselves to be pampered and nourish our own needs. Lean back, this is exactly what Stephanie will take care of these days.

With her, we will have the most exquisite kitchen fairy providing nourishing fresh & local food from breakfast to dinner to feel ready for each day anew. Her Soul Food is not just yummy, but healthy and supporting your process within & without!
